Welcome to the latest edition of Premier Hospitality International – our hospitality focus that celebrates projects worldwide. This issue we turn up the heat in Hell’s Kitchen; we take a look at The Soneva Jani; and we unveil the new Park MGM concept.

Drawing inspiration from the popular reality television show of the same name, Gordon Ramsay has opened Hell’s Kitchen in Las Vegas. The 300 seat restaurant is located outside of Caesars Palace on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road and is open from 11am to 10pm. Chefs are dressed in uniforms replicating those of the TV show’s red and blue teams and work in an atmosphere that Gordon has likened to the one created for the long-running television series.

Meanwhile, The Soneva Jani is a luxury resort located in the Noonu Atoll in the Maldives. The primarily overwater resort includes 24 water villas and one island villa situated in a 5.6m lagoon, one of the largest in the Maldives. The resort is built around the 150-acre island of Medhufaru and surrounded by four other untouched islands within the lagoon. The resort comprises 18 units of one-bedroom water villas, four two-bedroom water villas, one three-bedroom and one four-bedroom water villa, as well as a four-bedroom island villa.

And finally, Park MGM is a new concept by MGM and New York based Sydell Group conceived to target a younger, well-travelled demographic seeking unique experiences and innovative design. The design of Park MGM, a 2,700-room luxury resort builds upon the property’s history, incorporating its European design influences while retaining a powerful connection to The Park next door. Park MGM’s design reflects a residential feel signature to Sydell Group hospitality experiences, but not yet introduced in Las Vegas. Working with talented British designer Martin Brudnizki, Sydell Group and MGM have transformed the resort’s public areas with a beautiful and casually elegant design.

With all this, plus a preview of Hospitality Minds Europe 2018, it’s time to sit back and marvel at all of the great projects across the world, courtesy of Premier Hospitality International.

Enjoy!
