Light Theory Studios provided the lighting design services for the Brad Garret Comedy Club Conversion within the MGM Grand property in Las Vegas. As part of the conversion of the 5,500 square-foot China Tang restaurant into the Brad Garrett Comedy Club, Light Theory Studios replaced two surface mounted pendant light fixtures, removed and capped 14 hanging pendant lights and moved three illuminated marquee boxes to the entry wall. In the 3,650 square-foot dining room that was converted into a stage and greenroom, Light Theory Studios removed three surface mounted light fixtures, removed 18 recessed lights and installed new lights throughout. In addition, lighting was replaced with lighting from the previous Brad Garret Comedy Club location.
